For incidents that occur outside of working hours , you can call the phone number provided to your organization when connecting to CATNIX. Our working hours are followed by the public holiday calendar of Barcelona and include also December 24th and 31th. You can contact us from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, from June 1 to September 30, from December 15 to January 10, and during Easter Week, and from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Thursday and from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Fridays during the rest of the year. Outside our working hours, you can call to SATEC at 901 116 529, It's important to tell them that you are a member connected to CATNIX, managed by CSUC and that the maintanance number is S-SAT2003-181. We recomend requesting the incident number. This allow us to better track when each incident was opened and how it was handled.Additionally, if you have an internal 24x7 service or someone who can be contacted outside your working hours, we would appreciate it if you could send their contact details to catnix@suport.csuc.cat.
